    Please read the below information before completing registration!

    You will not receive a booth assignment until payment has been made.  Parking passes and additional info will be mailed one week prior to event.  If registering after October 1st, it must be picked up at the office during business hours, or by making special arrangements for after-hours pick up.  Please call with any questions.
     

    October 28, 2017    10am to 6pm
    { No Refunds • No Exchanges }

    All registrations are accepted on a first-come basis.  Payment must accompany registration.  Your booth is not confirmed until payment is received and cleared.

    Early Bird Registration:

    $50 Homegrown in Sachse
    $90 Chamber Member
    $100 Non-Member

    After September 19th:

    $60 Homegrown in Sachse
    $100 Chamber Member
    $110 Non-Member


    Registration deadline: October 7, 2017
    $20 late fee will be applied after this date.

    Note: We strongly encourage all of our Business/Service Industry Vendors to have a children's game or activity at your booth. The Chamber has games that you may borrow if needed.

    { Vendor Information }

    • Booth Size: Spaces will be approximately 12 x 12 feet.
    • Each vendor will be allotted two vehicle parking passes per booth space due to limited parking. 
    • Participants are responsible for all set-up and disassembly of booths and clean up of their area.
    • Tables, tents, chairs & electricity are NOT provided. Vendor is responsible for providing their own.
    • Generators are allowed, providing they do not make an unacceptable amount of noise and use is reported at time of registration. The Fair Marshall will be the final judge of noise levels. 
    • A vendor packet containing your parking passes, instructions, and map will be mailed to you one week prior to the event.

    { Set-Up & Tear Down }
     

    • Early Set-Up: Friday, October 27st from 5pm - 7pm (Security will be provided Friday night by Sachse PD).
    • Saturday Set-Up: October 28nd from 6am - 9am --  No moving vehicle traffic after 8am.
    • All vendors must be set up & ready to go no later than 9am on event day.
    • Tear Down: Booths must remain open from 10am until 6pm.  Disassembly may begin at 6pm, however, no moving vehicle traffic will be allowed until after 6:30pm. A penalty will be assessed for closing and/or vacating event early.
       

    { Rules }
     

    • Please allow a maximum of 15 minutes unload time for vehicles in fair space.
    • Booth tear down/disassembly may not begin until 6pm  Please leave your space clean.
    • All booths must have adult supervision the entire day.
    • Bring your own tables, chairs, trash bags, tents, etc. -- If you bring a tent, it must be anchored to the ground!
    • No novelty toys, i.e. silly string, firecrackers, adult items, etc.  Fallfest Officials reserve the right to reject anything felt to be in poor taste, not suitable for family viewing, or unsafe.
    • Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction from the fair without refund.
    • Booth owners are responsible for relaying all rules to anyone tending their booth.


    All applications are considered approved upon registration unless vendor is notified by the Sachse Chamber of Commerce.  Please remit payment at time of registration.  If denied, in rare instances, a refund will be issued.
