All registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must accompany registration. YOUR BOOTH IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND CLEARED.

Booth Categories:

Arts & Crafts: Items that are designed and hand-crafted.

Commercial: Products for sale such as Avon, Mary Kay, Pantry Chef, Tupperware etc. Only one commercial vendor for each type of business will be allowed. Full payment will be reimbursed if your category of vendor space is already booked.

Booth Details:

  • Booth Size: Spaces will be approximately 15 x 15 feet.
  • Each vendor will be allotted two vehicle parking passes per booth space.
  • Participants are responsible for all set-up and disassembly and clean up of their booth and area.
  • Tables, tents, chairs, and electrical facilities are NOT provided.
  • Generators are allowed, providing they do not make an unacceptable amount of noise. The noise level must not be great enough to cause problems for those attending Fallfest. The Fair Marshall will be the final judge of noise levels.

Set Up Early: Friday, October 10 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Security will be provided Friday Night)

Set Up: Saturday, October 11 from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. (Fairgrounds will be closed to moving vehicular traffic at 8:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS.) All vendors must be set up & ready to go no later than 9:00 a.m.

Tear Down: Booths must remain open from 10:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Disassembly may begin at 3:30 p.m. however, no moving vehicular traffic will be allowed until 4:15 p.m.

Rules:

  • Maximum 15 minutes unload time.
  • Tear down/disassembly of booth may not occur until 3:30 p.m. Please leave your space clean.
  • All booths must have adult supervision the entire day.
  • Generators are allowed. (See note about noise level above)
  • Bring your own tables, chairs, trash bags, tents, etc.
  • No novelty toys, i.e. silly string, firecrackers, adult items, etc. Fallfest Officials reserve the right to reject anything felt to be in poor taste, not suitable for family viewing, or unsafe.
  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction from the fair.
  • Booth owners are responsible for relaying all rules to anyone tending their booth during the fair
